condos, houses, and townhouses. Lease terms are custom
fitted to handle the needs of the individual. Bower
gave an example of some clients that he has handled,

inclusive,nicely furnished unit. GDC is owned and
operated by Joe Bower and Laurie Ugrin, who have 21

They returned to Montana in 1986 to raise a family and to build a ranching and irrigation business in Montana.
