Spring Meadow Resources Celebrates 50 Years of Service to the Helena Community

Empowering People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Since 1975

Spring Meadow Resources is proud to announce the celebration of its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of unwavering commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) in the Helena community.

Founded in 1975, Spring Meadow Resources has grown into a cornerstone organization in Helena. What began as a grassroots movement has become a thriving nonprofit that provides comprehensive support services, person-centered care, and advocacy for individuals and families every year. Today, the organization employs more than 100 team members—each one playing a vital role in the lives of those they serve and in the strength of the Helena community.

For 50 years, our mission has remained rooted in dignity, inclusion, and respect. We are deeply honored to be part of so many individual journeys—supporting independence, celebrating achievements, and fostering meaningful connections every day.

We’re proud of the past, inspired by the present, and excited for the future. Together, we will continue building a community where every person is valued and empowered to live their best life.
