Curious what’s happening on Lyndale Avenue? Big things are underway! The Bell Hotel, a locally owned 14-room boutique hotel, is making steady progress at 40 E. Lyndale Ave. Co-founded by Karli Mosey and AshLy Tubbs, two dynamic local leaders and recent 20 Under 40 honorees, this exciting project is transforming a long-vacant site into a vibrant destination for both visitors and the local community.
Built on the site of the former Memorial Park Apartments, the Bell Hotel is breathing new life into a historically significant Helena property. Once a designated Brownfields site, it is now being reimagined as a welcoming, community-centered space. The Bell is a shining example of how community-led development can revitalize historic areas, preserving local character while creating new economic opportunities. It’s a project deeply rooted in both place and purpose.
What makes the Bell Hotel truly special is the strong network of local and state partners who have come together to support the vision. This is more than just a construction project; it is a community collaboration, and a testament to what is possible when passionate people and public partners work toward a shared goal.
Set to open in Spring 2026, the Bell Hotel will offer more than a place to stay, it will tell a story of resilience, creativity, and Helena pride, built by locals, for the community.
Congratulations to Karli, AshLy, and all the partners working to bring this inspiring vision to life!
