Earlier this month, the East Helena Food Truck Festival wrapped up their second season of festivals with a bang! The August 12 event marked the sixth festival (three are held each summer) and they saw upwards of 20 food trucks, 15 local maker vendors, and a free funland filled with bounce houses, balloon tying, and airbrush tattoos. The festival, proudly presented by Joe Mitchell State Farm, also featured the Levi Blom Band from Butte, a beer garden from Missouri River Brewing, scavenger hunts, and approximately 3,000 community members! Joe and Whitney Mitchell created the annual event to bring the community together to create summer memories while supporting small businesses. It has become a staple summer event in the East Helena community, and they look forward to bringing it back again in 2026.
