St. Peter’s Health is pleased to announce that registration is now open for Family Fun Fest, Helena’s premier health and wellness event for children and families, taking place Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Centennial Park and the Great Northern Town Center.
St. Peter’s Health Foundation is also proud to recognize Intrepid Credit Union as the event’s Presenting Sponsor. Intrepid has committed to supporting Family Fun Fest through 2030, reinforcing a shared commitment to children, families, and community wellbeing throughout the Helena region.
Led by St. Peter’s Health’s Population Health team, Family Fun Fest is free and open to all area children and their families. The event begins with a one-mile kids fun run and continues with educational booths, interactive games, prizes, community resources, and family friendly activities designed to make learning about healthy lifestyles fun and engaging. More than 1,000 children and family members attend the event each year.
“Our mission is to improve the health of our communities, and partnerships like this help make that possible,” said Amy Emmert, Senior Director of Population Health at St. Peter’s Health. “We’re grateful for Intrepid Credit Union’s investment in local families and their commitment to supporting Family Fun Fest for years to come.”
Intrepid Credit Union’s support of Family Fun Fest reflects its longstanding commitment to investing in children and families through youth financial literacy. Through its youth savings program featuring Fin the Fox, Intrepid helps children build foundational skills in saving, banking and goal setting while encouraging healthy habits than can last a lifetime.
“At Intrepid Credit Union, we believe community wellbeing includes both physical and financial health,” said Greg Strizich, President and CEO of Intrepid Credit Union. “We’re proud to partner with St. Peter’s Health in supporting this event, connecting with local families, encouraging positive habits, and investing in the future of our community.”
