David a Montana native, born and raised in Chester on the Hi-Line, and he’s been proud to call Helena home since 2010. He recently celebrated 23 years with State Farm, with experience as both an agent and in leadership. He holds the ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant), CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter), and RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional) designations from The American College of Financial Services. When he opened his newest Helena office on Custer Avenue, he brought along a simple philosophy: protect first, then invest.

David and his team believe insurance should be about more than policies and prices. They take time to get to know their customers, understand what matters to them, and help protect what they’ve built while preparing for what’s ahead. From home and auto insurance to life, health, and retirement planning, they aim to be a resource through every stage of life.

Being part of Helena also means investing in the community. Over the years, David has supported the Chamber through Leadership Helena (2012–13), service on its Board in 2014, and volunteer work on the Swish basketball tournament, which earned him the Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year recognition in 2020. He was also honored to receive the Independent Record’s 20 Under 40 award in 2015. He currently serves as a board member and past president of the Montana chapter of NAIFA (the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors).
