Collette Hanson has worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of MT for almost 40 years in a variety of roles and is currently the President. She has served on the Board of Directors for Florence Crittenton in Helena for over 10 years and is the immediate past president of the Board. She also serves on the Montana Chamber, the Helena Chamber, and the Montana Reinsurance Boards.

Carlos Joaquin has been with Rocky Mountain Credit Union (RMCU) for just over three years and is now the Employee Development Manager. He focuses on helping staff understand the Credit Union Movement, Onboarding New Hires, Developing Staff, and Communicating Organizational Values & Culture. He is part of the 2022-2023 Leadership Helena Class and the Helena Leaders Network.
