ChatGPT for All: How to Navigate AI for Your Business
Facilitated by: Dustin Stewart
This session introduces Chamber members to practical, responsible ways to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support daily business operations. Rather than focusing on technical theory, the session will emphasize real-world use cases including writing assistance, research, planning, internal documentation, and workflow efficiency. Participants will learn how to ask better questions, evaluate AI-generated content, and understand where AI is helpful versus where human judgment remains essential.

Accountability Balance Beam: Achieving Results Through Engineering Accountability

An important skill to develop for all teams is the ability to navigate conflict with teams and hold each others accountable to agreed-upon standards of behavior. This workshop will help guide leaders and team members to overcoming their own fears of conflict by developing effective tools to have difficult conversations. This workshop will also create a foundation for holding to the accountability balance beam with others to achieve organizational targets in highly effective ways.
